update Pythia8_i and Pythia8B_i to current status

it is to update the interfaces for Pythia8_i and Pythia8B_I to the standard used in 21.6, it includes adding some UserHooks modifying the interfaces to the Pythia8.3xx requirements and fixing some problems that were spotted in the interfaces
