update Pythia8_i and Pythia8B_i to current status

it is to update interfaces for Pythia8_i and Pythia8B_i to the versions that are used in current MC production i.e. in rel. 21.6 It includes modifications required by Pythia8.3xx series, addition of new UserHooks, fixing of some problems found In fact this MR is needed for !37429 (merged)
