WIP: Holes from the pattern

This MR is not intended to go into any release. It is supposed to set up an example playground to experiment with using the holes from the pattern. The implementation right now is very hacky, and I apologise to anyone who sees this. The fun thing is: It actually runs 🤣

Adding @zschilla and @sswatman as the team working on this, as well as @npetters and @sroe.

I hope you can check out my branch to experiment a bit. It should illustrate how I think we can get the holes out of the pattern... To be checked:

  • Impact of introducing Stephen's tools to replace "isInside"
  • Impact of the MR as it is - does it even do anything?
  • How to correctly / cleanly get the holes out of the combi track finder?
  • How to get them into the summary?
  • Do we need more information than the two counters I started with?
  • a lot of things I likely forgot
