Allowing radiation damage digitization (ATLPHYSVAL-654)

Current simulation points the old pixel digitizer for radiation damage.

The previous PixedRadDamDigitization (in rel.21) has been merged into PixelDigitization in rel.22.

Thus, new simulation config also needs to be changed accordingly.

This is Just one line modification, and it is necessary for the physics validation.

This shouldn't change the ci-test. Hopefully get merged soon.
