work undertaken in the context of ATLIDTRKCP-184, allows the updateAdditionalInfo method of the TrackSummaryTool to be called without also calling the updateSharedHits. The logic has been changed so these can be selected individually, and the option names (and InDetRecExample job options) have been updated accordingly. very little additional cleanup was performed, and a more thorough cleanup will be the subject of a further MR.
