Re-import of tools for TRUTH3 derivations
This is the first big step to getting TRUTH3 and the underlying truth tools set up and running again in master. Several tools were simply misisng, the configuration of TRUTH3 itself was woefully out of date, and the jet configuration code needed to be completely redone.
With this, TRUTH3 is running. However, it still misses Large-R jets, for which some help from the jet group is needed.
Note that this thing is now HUGE (10 kB per event!), more than half of
the total file size is taken by TruthEventsAuxDyn.truthVertexLinks
and TruthEventsAuxDyn.truthParticleLinks. I need to get thinning
back in to get this down...
