Update LRT Tests

Mark Hodgkinson requested to merge mhodgkin/athena:mhodgkin_updateLRTTests into master

This MR updates the data18 test to also enable the two container solution for Large Radius Tracks (LRT). A test with the latest MC config running LRT reconstruction is also added.
