Synchronise settings of FTF in new JO vs mainline

Tomasz Bold requested to merge tbold/athena:sync-new-jo-tracking into master

Since to set the properties in newJO and mainline tests we use different code the settings were divergent. In this MR most of them (for electrons and muons) are synchronised.
