ATR-22283: add missing TStreamerInfos for Trigger classes in BS

1. When checking for new TStreamerInfos with dictwrite.py, include trigger classes by default
2. Update bs-streamerinfos.root to include TStreamerInfos for all classes mentioned in TriggerEDMRun3.py, for collections that are serialized to bytestream. This fixes the new nightly test (jira in the MR title)
3. Small update of the function to categorize trigger containers
