Adding additional isolated chains to monitor in Run3

This is to update the list of chains ATR-20756 to be monitored in Run3 so we can compare performance of isolated and non-isolated electron and photon chains after 8th ATR-21986 and 9nth ATR-22207 round of validation. Photons:
