MadGraphControl Fix, 21.6.46-patches branch (2020.11.02.)

Taught MadGraphControl's lhapdf-config script to remember which version of Boost to use. So that the script would would with non-CVMFS-based installations as well.

This is to fix the issue discussed in AGENE-1925.

Note that the CI (unless things changed since I last tried such a thing) will not run on this MR. Which I think is okay for patch branches like this.

@ewelina, could you give me a job that I could test this change with? I'm pretty confident that this will do the right thing. But running a test job in a local build would certainly increase my confidence a lot. 😉
