Updating r22 JetTagging: DL1 and cleanup

Main cleanup of the code, changing names of plots and output folders in HIST file

Introduced DL1 plots (new tagger in r22)

Introduced IP2D, IP3D, SVI, JetFitter, RNNIP plots

Developed new config file for DQ Webdisplay
