Include bcid in digit

Including the BCID correction in the Digitisation step. For the moment, storing in the RDO AND in the ESD and AOD the uncorrected container, just to perform validation studies. @pavol might want to comment whether this leads to a bad dependency (even though it is only a python one) between Lar code and Trigger code.
