egammaART: Clean up a bit the way we remove/add to the CaloCalTopoClusterAux. Still not the nicest but at least is easier to parse

Should help with ATLASRECTS-5743 if yes need to modify the other 3 . On purpose want to be able to check one, beyond local checks, and then do it for all.
