Hi,

this MR is the last piece for running simulation from local muon geometry files (for all MDT/CSC/TGC/RPC from amdb, passive materials from AGDD xml and NSW from NSW AGDD xml). It also closes ATLASSIM-3636 since AGDD and NSW AGDD are completely independent of amdb when running simulation from local files. Also some ART tests added for it.
