Externals Update, master branch (2020.11.04.)

Updated all projects to atlasexternals-2.0.85. It has the following changes wrt. atlasexternals-2.0.84 (atlasexternals@2.0.84...2.0.85):

  • Added a "cudapath" field to ReleaseData, addressing the discussion in ATLINFR-3601;
  • Upgraded to Acts version 1.2.1.

The latter was deemed urgent for the feature freeze. Pinging @bschlag for this.

Note that the changes are small enough that I will not use full-build for the MR...
