calculate TRT RNN PID for all egamma GSF tracks
Following !38023 (merged) and according to the discussion summarized in ATLASRECTS-5749, we want (for the time being) to keep the TRT RNN PID for all egamma GSF tracks (while for arbitrary tracks, a default min pT cut of 2 GeV was introduced in !38023 (merged)). This MR does just that, thanks @christos for pointing to the right place in the configuration.
It would be nice to have this promptly merged as well...
Tested locally with 15 RDO single-electron events, playing with the threshold indeed affects how many of the resulting track decorations take the default value (0.5). For the chosen settings, all tracks have a seemingly valid calculation.
