WIP: Jet/Etmiss changes to PHYSVAL

This MR implements a couple of changes needed for the validation of large-R jets in release 22 (vs. 21.2) as well as other variables for small-R jets used in physics analyses. We also tried to clean up the content from Jet/Etmiss side.
