The source project of this merge request has been removed.
Move sherpaTarCreator into Sherpa_i
This way it will always be compatible with the Sherpa and Sherpa_i versions in the given release.
(Previously, sherpaTarCreator lived in https://gitlab.cern.ch/atlas-physics/pmg/tools/sherpaTarCreator/ but is now mature enough to go into the AthGeneration release.)
