Bugfix for photon pT ordering in DirectPhotonFilter
This is a follow-up to the changes made in AGENE-1780 which accidentally order the photons in increasing pT instead of decreasing pT. It was found in the validation of gamma+jet samples (ATLMCPROD-8030).
