Add new ART tests for running diff-root on a few new setups

Two new tests are added, and in each case we compare the output files with diff-root. The first test runs q431 with five threads twice. The second test runs q431 in serial mode and MT mode with five threads - this setup uses a large number of events (1000) and hence will only run once per week (Monday).
