Switch off the writing of validation histograms and trees in the MM digitization

Patrick Scholer requested to merge pscholer/athena:switchOffROOTIO_MMDigi_21.9 into 21.9

By default the MM digitization wrote trees and histograms to additional root files. This default is now changed to not writing them, to allow studies of memory leaks (ATLSWUPGR-110). The files can still be written via a joboption
