Improve TriggerConfigFlags.EDMDecodingVersion auto-configuration

  • Improve slightly the logic, formatting and logging of the auto-configuration method for the flag Trigger.EDMDecodingVersion.
  • Make the corresponding unit test script more robust and enable it as a unit test in the package.
