Changes to support consolidated large-R jet SF unc

These changes support the usage of large-R jet tagger scale factor uncertainties for the consolidated recommendations. In particular, I had to add additional support for mass-based parametrizations (I missed some function call updates in ValidityHistogram.cxx) and add support for no-prefix components (blocking the autotmatic adding of JET_ in front of all NPs in specific cases) because now the uncertainties we provide include uncertainties propagated from other groups and those should have the original names to facilitate proper handling.

Beyond this, the plotting and validation scripts have been updated to handle these new scale factor uncertainties. This includes the changes in MakeUncertaintyPlots.cxx, OptionHelper.h, and runMakeUncertaintyPlots.sh
