re-enable PFO plots in flow element validation jobopts

Hi

This merge request re-includes plots for Particle Flow Objects (PFO) into the validation routine for PFlow_FlowElements. In short, just adds plots for charged/neutral PFOs when one runs the validation framework for flow elements + PFOs.

This is a python job option only change so if this could be expedited, that would be greatly appreciated.
