ATLASRECTS-5765: egammaCaloClusterSelector selection criteria

Based on studies reported in ATLASRECTS-5765, adding the egammaCheckEnergyDepositTool to the calco cluster selector does not change the reconstruction efficiency while improving the CPU time used.
