Add PLV scores to DAOD_PHYS; Isolate the PromptLeptonIso to a separate algorithm in LeptonTaggers

IFF would like to add the PLV (PromptLeptonVeto) output BDT scores to the DAOD_PHYS as now that the PLV WPs are supported centrally: https://twiki.cern.ch/twiki/bin/view/AtlasProtected/RecommendedIsolationWPs
There are two type scores (nominal one and the low-pT specific one) which are in float, and both need to be decorated for each DF electron/muon, with two algorithms corresponding to each score.
The change is discussed and approved in ATLASG-1502.

There is also an associated change in LeptonTaggers package that stops adding the output score for the PromptLeptonIso which is the old algorithm back in Rel20.7 and already superseded by the PLV for a while.
This is now added only if GetDecoratePromptLeptonIsoAlgs is explicitly called in the derivation config files.
