Include VertexedClusters in the exclusion list for TauJets in various formats

VertexedClusters that's now part of TauJets as of !38182 (merged) needs a dictionary that doesn't exist causing errors. By the looks of it it's not meant to be written out. It's already omitted in the standard AOD and ESD files. This MR extends this to all other formats where we're storing TauJets. This is needed urgently so that we can recover the SPOT data RAWtoALL tests where we write out various derived formats. If we'd like to write this out in the future we need to generate a dictionary.
