fix the bug ringer et configuration and update the references
This MR is related to Ringer migration (ATR-20143) algorithm and the objective is fix an issue in E_T conversion during.
The solution used here preserve the legacy code w.r.t the way of the functions in TrigMultVarHypo expect.
The chains counts were also update.
