LArGeoMiniFcal
- Remove atlas_depends_on_subdirs and update link dependencies. The Eigen dependency can be removed once ATLASDD-40 is fixed.
LArTrackingGeometry:
- remove atlas_depends_on_subdirs
- do not install component headers
- update link dependencies
- enable flake8
