physlite skeleton

Lukas Alexander Heinrich requested to merge lheinric/athena:physlite_skeleton_2 into master

This enables a basic job with the PHYSLITE reductionConf in master using the same cmd as in PHYS. The main CP alg sequences are still commented out but should be enabled soon once @tadej pushed his changes.
