Move to warning to be able to run large scale MT tests without crashes (ATLASRECTS-5756)

Hi,

to allow running large scale MT tests without an ATH_MSG_ERROR causing the job to bail out, this MR moves to a warning an refers to the relevant ticket ATLASRECTS-5795. This allows to close ATLASRECTS-5756 and follow-up the discussion on ATLASRECTS-5795.
