Extend jet trigger configuration to support different pre-selections

This updates the preselj45 chains which were applying a j20 pre-selection to now have preselj20 to avoid confusions. This now supports preselections of the form 'preselXjY' such that we can make a n-jet pre-selection and choose a given threshold.
