Add TTVA Isolation variables to derivations
The current isolation selection working points rely on newer track-based selections which use track-to-vertex association.
These are currently missing in the current version of the tool.
This MR is effectively sweeping these two commits into master: d44b3dcb and e2654cee and adding back the GetUpdatedIsoTrackCones function.
I tested this by running DAOD_PHYS privately over 100 events and the variables appear as expected.
