Adapt number of sMDT tubes per layer for BIS1-6

Hi,

this MR adapts the number of sMDT tubes per layer for BIS1-6 (BIS1 has 72 tubes per tubeLayer, BIS2-6 have 59 tubes per tubeLayer).
