Add the large-R jet and variable-R track-jet to STDM3, add DFCommonJets_BCIDDistanceFromFront to STDM11

This merge request adds the large-R jet (AntiKt10LCTopoTrimmedPtFrac5SmallR20) and variable-R track-jet (AntiKtVR30Rmax4Rmin02TrackJets) collections to the STDM3. Also this merge request adds DFCommonJets_BCIDDistanceFromFront to STDM11.
