Migrate Calo D3PD maker to CaloNoise conditions objet and xAOD Calo clusters

Siarhei Harkusha requested to merge harkusha/athena:master-calo-hit-d3pd-fix into master

Calo D3PD objects and the corresponding JO have been migrated to use xAOD Calo clusters and CaloNoise condititions object and algorithm.

Possibility to write cells and clusters (if they are available) has been added in Calo hit D3PD jO.
