Handle ROB status flags

  • IGNORED for ROBs that are on filterRobWithStatus and filterSubDetWithStatus lists - they can be retrieved but they will not be cached
  • DISABLED for ROBs that are not enabled -> change to ILLEGAL?
  • SCHEDULED for ROBs that are cached in DCM but are not requested - they will not be monitored since we monitor only requested ROBs -> remove from CSV / ROBHistory?
