Allow legacy HLT jet monitoring to read shallow copies: ATR-22462

In the legacy HLT jet validation, we use aliasing to redirect the monitoring tools to the analogous Run 3 jet containers. As we had to use the overwrite method in AddressRemappingSvc rather than the aliasing, this required updating the container type. Also fixed a case where a container was incorrectly set as being a copy in TriggerEDMRun3.
