Update MuonAuxContainer to match master

Hi @jchapman, @nstyles, @goetz,

since for muon R3/R4 studies, we sometimes produce samples in 21.3 and run on them in master or vice versa, I swept the developments of new MuonAuxContainer versions from master to 21.3 here.
