adding HLT_tau160 chains with "tracktwoMVABDT" selection to the LS2_v1 menu and in Tau monitoring trigger list

these HLT_tau160 chains will be useful to validate "tracktwoMVABDT" in data, since current HLT_tau25 tracktwoMVABDT will be heavily prescaled and useful only for MC validation
