This merge request migrates most TPConverter unit tests which were previously run using athena+jobOptions to use ComponentAccumulator-based python scripts. The tests from some packages are not migrated due to log file differences caused by issues configuring the log level within TrackParticleContainerCnv (see !28950 (merged) for more details). These will be migrated once this is resolved.
