InDetPhysValMonitoring ART adding doGSFValidation to electron tests

Nora Emilia Pettersson requested to merge npetters/athena:npetters-addegamma-to-art into master

Enabling flag to add the output for the GSF tracks too for the two electron tests.

The xml in this case would also need to be updated for the ART. I have put a GSF version at ~npetters/public/forKe/ @keli would it be possible for you to upload it to the right place? I have already changed the tests to use the xml with the new name!
