Fixing flake8 warnings in ISF_Example and TrackWriteFastSim packages

There was a lot of obsolete code in the ISF_Example package this merge request removes it and fixes the flake8 warnings in what remains. It also fixes the flake8 warnings in the TrackWriteFastSim package. This should resolve ATLASSIM-4998.
