Added custom streamer to TFCSEnergyInterpolationPiecewiseLinear

This MR adds a custom streamer to the piecewise linear interpolation class TFCSEnergyInterpolationPiecewiseLinear, which is required to write fInterpol objects from the ROOT::Math::Interpolator class to ROOT files.
