• Clean up a bit the egamma validation condiguration (now for the electron tests so to test things )
• Add flake8 tests for python
• make rec.doTrigger=False also in the AODMerge step

Relates to the discussion in ATLASRECTS-5835 Mentioning @rbielski , this does not fix the crash we observe in ART completely (moves it a bit later), so we need another ongoing MR by him.
