Remove Lorentz angle correction (ATLASRECTS-5827)

This is bug fix.

The Lorentz angle correction (0.9) was still applied in both data and MC. This correction is not necessary anymore since we correct the proper mobility parameter in silicon.

The physics impact is rather small. For MC, no impact. For data, the alignment takes into account such effect, but it should be OK that in rel.21-based alignment correction in data was performed with "wrong mobility + Lorentz angle scale" which basically produces the "correct mobility w/o Lorentz angle scale".

This will break T0 tests.
