Draft: Change MuonCombinedTrackFitter to use GX2 fitter instead of iPatFitter.

The hope is that it will improve the reproducibility.

Before you can difference with the second Muon with 1/8 threads:

After the change the second muon is different pT again (which isn’t ideal), but is apparently stable.
