remove deprecated geometry package SCT_SLHC_GeoModel

Nicholas Styles requested to merge nstyles/athena:21.9-removeOldGeoModel into 21.9

This package was used for earlier iterations of the ITk strip geometry, but has subsequently been replaced. It is not planned to be used again in future.
