New jet collections for JETM8

This MR introduce new jet collections for large-R jet trigger studies with minimal content in JETM8 (smart slimming lists were added)

I'm marking as urgent because we would like this to be merged ideally tonight such that it can be part of the new cache tomorrow. The changes should only affect JETM8 and nobody else so we hope this can be done quickly and apologies for sending this so late! If not, don't worry about it.

There is a problem with the CI but maybe @calpigia @krumnack or @boeriu could still merge it?
